Privacy policy
We take the protection of your data seriously. This page explains which data is processed when you visit whalechat.ai and when you apply for the beta, for what purpose and on which legal basis.

2. The short version
- We use no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools.
- Fonts and all files are loaded from our own server. No data is sent to Google Fonts or other third parties.
- We only process personal data to operate the server (log files) and when you contact us through the application form.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you open the site, the server automatically processes data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer URL, browser and operating system, and the status code. This is technically necessary to deliver the site and keep the server secure.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are kept only for a limited period and then deleted. We have a data processing agreement with the host under Art. 28 GDPR.
4. Application form
When you apply for the beta through the form, we process the information you provide: name, agency or creator name, email address, Telegram username or phone number, role, number of models, platforms, current chatting setup and costs, and your message.
Purpose: handling your application and getting in touch with you.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give in the form, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future; a short message to hello@adimeiss.com is enough.
Transfer to Telegram: so that we can respond quickly, your application is automatically sent as a message to an internal Telegram channel of ours after you submit it. The provider is Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, or Telegram Messenger Inc.). This involves a transfer of data to a country outside the EU for which there is no adequacy decision by the European Commission. The transfer is based on your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR). There is a risk that the level of data protection there is not comparable to the EU. More information: telegram.org/privacy.
Email and backup copy: your application is also sent by email to the mailbox info@mk-mediaconsulting.com, where applications are handled. We also keep a copy in a protected, non-public area of our web space at ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, so that no application is lost if one delivery channel fails.
Retention: we delete your information as soon as it is no longer needed, at the latest 12 months after the last contact, unless a business relationship is formed or statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Abuse prevention
To protect the form against automated mass submissions, we store a non-reversible hash of your IP address together with the time of the request for at most 10 minutes. The IP address itself is not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
6. Contact via Telegram or email
If you write to us directly via Telegram or email, we process your message and contact details to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Telegram's own privacy policy also applies to your use of Telegram. The Telegram link on our site is a plain link; simply visiting our site does not send any data to Telegram.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time (Art. 7(3)). Just write to hello@adimeiss.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority responsible for us in Cyprus (Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, dataprotection.gov.cy) or the authority where you live.
8. Automated decisions
No automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place on this website.
9. Changes
We update this privacy policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
